To have the best results and experience possible so we ask you kindly to give us and yourself enough time for your appointment. Every color is catered specifically to you and every hair type is different thus making the time frame vary. Your hair is an investment and making sure your stylist and or colorist have enough time to create your inspiration is one of the most important part of the process. This is the time to give yourself a moment of self care and to trust the process.
WHEN BOOKING
YOUR APPOINTMENT
We believe it’s crucial to see your color after your service for both the stylist and more importantly you. When booking any color service we ask you please allow time for blow dry/style so we are all able to see the results together.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cancellation policy is 24 hours before your appointment. If you’re not able to cancel before 24 hours 50% of the total service will be charged.
